Covered California Says 2018 Enrollment Has Been Brisk

The Covered California health insurance exchange says its enrollment figures for the first month of open enrollment exceeded its 2016 numbers by a significant margin.

            Through the first 30 days of open enrollment, more than 102,000 people signed up for coverage,  according to Covered California data. That compares to slightly more than 80,000 sign-ups through the same time period in 2016.
